Sarah the host was very welcoming and friendly. The accommodation was clean and well presented and located within walking distance to may amenities. We were provided with many choices for breakfast and the food was delicious. We look forward to going back.

The room and guest house was beautiful, it was a very short walk to anything you needed and only a 20 minute walk to the lake itself! And we were very lucky to have some good weather during our stay which I must say makes everything a bit brighter. I loved the freedom and being able to go in and out of the guest house with access and the nearby carpark was very handy. Usually you would be able to park directly outside with a parking permit but they were in use and the car park has reasonable pricing! We didn't see the host although they were easy to contact over the phone but that didn't stop us hearing them, it sounded like they were constantly opening and closing doors and having rows between them. The voices travelled throughout the guesthouse and took away some of relaxation from our short stay. Despite that I feel the guesthouse is a great opportunity to explore in the prime location.

Sarah was so lovely & welcoming which made us feel right at home. She couldn't do enough for us. The room & house is spotlessly clean. Beds comfy & decor very tasteful. The breakfast is beautiful. We loved staying for the weekend. We will return in the summer when the weather is nicer to stay again. Thanks for making our stay so warm & welcoming. See you in June

Sarah was so lovely and welcoming and made us feel at home, the room was clean and as expected! Perfect place for a little weekend away, breakfast was lovely although some options of fruits would be amazing! Would definitely come back again! Muffin the dog is the most adorable little pup ever!

Absolutely fabulous place. Just returned home after 2 nights stay, I didn’t want to leave. This place is not your standard B&B, this is a home from home. The owners Sarah and Rick are so friendly, welcoming and accommodating, nothing is too much. They are passionate about what they offer, their rooms are beautiful and tastefully decorated, presented to a high standard, everything is exceptionally clean. The breakfast is fit for king, can’t wait to return.
